Stellar Performance and Wellness is a capability we're proud to extend to our Stellar athletes. Stellar Performance and Wellness is focused on adding strength, speed, agility, and nutrition coaching to your toolkit. We provide coaching to youth and adult athletes seeking to improve the physical performance aspect of their game or for the busy adult who needs guidance to improving their health and well being.
