We are on a mission to create fun, passion and long term connectivity to the beautiful game. Our goal and focus is not to compete against other traditional clubs. We appreciate their role in soccer pathways and also understand that our roles and goals are different. We are not discretely focused on club growth, travel, prestige or player accumulation. We are focused on the individual player, the development of their game, to partner with them and prepare players for their journey ahead.

We are not opposed to travel, we are primarily focused on player development as a primary objective and believe that heavy travel takes away from achieving that goal.

We have an open club policy and all players have access to the same high level of training no matter their current skill level...Academy or Select. If we do have to make decisions on who will play it may be in tournament play where rostering is limited.

In general we do not participate in regular leagues at the moment. Our focus to to develop the individual player. Our practice sessions focus on player development first and not the weekend game. The large format weekend game tends to take away the focus of more small-sided play.  Guided small-sided training and play is globally recognized as a keystone to player development. Less travel, more development is the most succinct way to describe the approach here.

Yes. The adult aspect of our club is developing at a controlled pace and we are constantly seeking new players to add to our long term goal of creating a pathway from youth to older levels of play. We are currently competing in local tournaments, indoor and outdoor competitions. Generally older level of play is for players 16+

Team dynamics are important and comradery is built through our active training approach. We also focus on team dynamics when we prepare for tournaments. Our focus still remains on the individual player and small sided formats over the larger format competition preferred by most clubs.

We compete regularly in tournament play. We have taken our learnings from our inaugural season and continue to evolve how we compete. We are a platform for providing tournament play for full-time club members as part of their developmental path as well as provide part-time club members additional opportunities to engage in competition. We feel as if this truly puts the players first and is a model that is more globally practiced where we spend the majority of time developing a player.
