Stellar Football Club was created to place more emphasis on individual development and is intentionally different than other club experiences. 

Our goal is not club growth, it is player growth and our success is defined by the success of it's individual members. At Stellar we are more connected and not just a numbers or faces in a crowd.

We do not generally offer regular external league play, rather we are more tournament focused to allow more time for individual player development.

Stellar Football Club is a developmental and competitive soccer program designed to focus on individual player development first. This is the core differentiator of Stellar compared to other programs.

This objective puts the focus on player development over team development. While we do plenty of team oriented sessions we are preparing players for the years ahead versus the weekend ahead.

We do not hold tryouts and everyone is welcome to come join in development at competitive levels.

 Our team is made up of tenured coaches, current and former amateur, semi-pro and collegiate players who have a passion for developing the next generation of athletes. 

We are dedicated to providing a challenging and exceptional experience. Our club members benefit from superior technical training and the tough environment we foster. We produce skilled, tougher, stronger athletes.  

We can't do it alone and expect the player and parents to be engaged for optimal success.

 If the costs are overwhelming, we're here to help. We seek ways to deliver our experience to everyone. We believe that with our approach and fanatical club members, anything is possible. We train our players for lifelong enrichment. Our player-centric program focuses on positive behaviors and outcomes. 

• Develop the individual for mental and physical mastery
• Incorporate game-like scenarios in all training

• High levels of ball mastery and small space play
• Foster a healthy and competitive play culture

Our goal is to reach our highest potential by training like the best, playing against the best, to be the best. We are all accountable to each other for reaching our goal.

• We work hard during training so the games are fun. 
• We minimize travel during regular league play (Less Travel - More Development)
• We obtain competition in friendlies and tournament play (We can scale competition up or down as necessary)
• We place players in training groups based on age and then skill level
• We are family oriented and pursue strong connections on and off the field

The roadmap for our competitive level is evolving and we will pursue the most appropriate level of play possible.

We expect our coaches and trainers to also reach their potential, continuously, relentlessly and fanatically. Our coaches and trainers are multidimensional, so that our players are multidimensional.

We expect more from our training team and so should you. Our coaches are from Stellar Training and licensed with US Soccer and/or United Soccer Coaches. We take learning seriously at all levels in our organization from coach to player.

Our curriculum is based on the most modern approach to the game leveraging the best of US Soccer Federation, United Soccer Coaches, International Soccer Systems and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. We focus a few key areas: individual skills development, ball mastery, individual game mastery and progressive tactical play. We leverage several other techniques that get the most out of players.
